Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using DokaWork. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. About DokaWork
Dokahub OU ("DokaWork", "we", "our", or "us") operates a platform for freelancer-client contracts, milestone management, and escrow payments.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use DokaWork.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- DokaWork may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Platform Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Circumvent or interfere with platform security.
- Attempt unauthorized access to another account.
- Transmit malicious code or disruptive content.
5. Deals, Milestones, and Contracts
DokaWork facilitates service agreements between freelancers and clients, including milestones and deliverables.
DokaWork is not a party to user contracts and is not responsible for service quality, safety, or legality.
6. Escrow and Payments
- Clients fund milestones in advance and funds remain in escrow until release conditions are met.
- Approved milestones are paid out to the freelancer's connected payout account.
- Payments are processed via Stripe. By using payment features, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- DokaWork charges a platform fee on completed transactions.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or policy.
7. Disputes
If parties cannot resolve a dispute, either party may open one through the platform for evidence review and resolution handling.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, milestone deliverables transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed.
The DokaWork name, logo, and platform design are Dokahub OU intellectual property.
9. Privacy
Platform use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DokaWork is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to platform use.
Total liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the prior six months or 100 USD.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Delaware law, and disputes are subject to Delaware courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes before they take effect.
