How much does DokaWork cost?
DokaWork is completely free to sign up and use. A small platform fee is deducted only when a milestone is successfully released to the freelancer. You pay nothing until you get paid.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The exact fee percentage is shown clearly before any milestone is funded or released. There are no setup fees, no monthly charges, and no surprise deductions.
Does the client pay fees?
The platform fee is deducted from the milestone amount when it is released to the freelancer. Clients fund the full milestone amount — the fee comes out of the escrow balance at release time.
Is dispute resolution free?
Yes. Raising and resolving a dispute is included in the platform at no additional charge. DokaWork will review evidence from both parties and mediate a resolution.
What payment methods does DokaWork accept?
Clients can pay by credit or debit card directly on the platform — powered by Stripe. No Stripe account is required for clients. Freelancers receive payouts via their connected Stripe Express account.
